About Chef: American born and raised in Colombia, our renowned Chef has spent 20+ years in the food business. Trained by Daniel Boulud and Thomas Keller, he's spent his career working in the world's most prestigious kitchens, including the French Laundry, Le Bec Fin, PGA National, and Spruce. He has a passion for serving delicious, high quality, and nutritious food that blends flavors from around the world.
